Why Made to Order

Made to order garments allow Aaron Fluck to minimise the impact on the environment by reducing our wastage and over-stocking by only making the garment once an order has been placed.

Time Frame

Once your purchase has been confirmed, your product(s) will be made to order and delivered within 10-20 business days. The team at Aaron Fluck strive to meet every delivery deadline, however occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control delays in delivery may result. In the event of any delays, the team will notify you via email, explaining the reason(s) for the delayed delivery and when you can expect to receive your product(s).

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Australian Orders

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We offer a standard shipping service, 3-5 business days.

International Orders

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We offer a standard shipping service. Shipping lead times will vary depending on your country of residence. Please check shipping times at checkout.

Please note that all delivery time frames are approximate and we cannot be held accountable for any delays if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures. We cannot influence the release of a product once it is in customs due to their own independent processes and procedures. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

Payment

When purchasing made to order product(s), the full purchase price is charged at the time of purchase. No further charges will be applicable once the product has been completed and dispatched. 

Changes To Your Order

Due to the nature of a made to order product, you may not cancel your purchase once it has been placed. If you have provided an incorrect address please contact us immediately at sales@aaronfluck.com to ensure adjustments can be applied.

If your order has already been processed, Aaron Fluck accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.

Aaron Fluck reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
