The team at Aaron Fluck hope you are satisfied with every order. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 15 days for a refund or exchange from the date you received them from www.aaronfluck.com. You must notify the team at email@example.com within 3 business days from the day of receipt, should you wish to return.
Terms & conditions of return
- You may exchange a product for a different size only, subject to availability. If you would like a different style, we recommend you return the product for a full refund and make another purchase.
- Returned products not received within 15 days of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- All products should be returned new, unused, in original packaging and with all Aaron Fluck tags still attached. Any products that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- We offer full refunds or exchanges if products are deemed damaged or faulty. If an exchange is requested by the customer we will incur the shipping costs, excluding customs or import duty fees.
- Shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of your purchased products shall not be refunded.
- Shipping for returned products are at the cost of the customer.
- Any order outside of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- Pre Order Products. You may not cancel your purchase of a pre order product once ordered. Should you wish to return a pre order product in exchange for another size or colour, please note it will be a 10-20 business day turn around, subject to fabric availability.
- All returned products will remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us and we shall not accept any liability for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Notify the team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, order number and the reason for returning the product within 3 business days of receipt.
- We will send you a return form, which you are required to fill out. Please attach to original purchase receipt and send back with your returned product via your preferred courier or postal service. The delivery address will be enclosed in the return form. Returns must be received within 15 days from receipt.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds. If approved we will proceed by refunding the full purchase amount via the same means of payment you used for your initial transaction. Please note that processing times vary from bank to bank, so please allow up to 5 business days for the money to clear back into your account. If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- Exchanges. If approved we will send you the exchanged item with shipping costs included. If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
The team at Aaron Fluck has made every effort to ensure the colours of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate.
