Please note that all delivery time frames are approximate and we cannot be held accountable for any delays if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures. We cannot influence the release of a product once it is in customs due to their own independent processes and procedures. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

Taxes & Duties

Aaron Fluck cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Changes To Your Order

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at sales@aaronfluck.com to ensure adjustments can be applied.

If your order has already been processed, Aaron Fluck accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.

Aaron Fluck reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
